2024-2025 SWIMMING SEASON INFORMATION

REGISTRATION FEE - $235.00 per participant Until August 1
 LATE REGISTRATION FEE - $255.00 per participant Starting August 1 VOLUNTEER OPT OUT FEE - $50.00*
*One parent for each swimmer MUST volunteer for at least one meet per season or pay the volunteer opt-out fee.

UNIFORM FEE  -Swimmers provide their own suits.
 FIRST PRACTICE - The week of October 14th.
SEASON AND SCHEDULE PRACTICE SCHEDULE FOR OCTOBER -Swimmer Evaluations (for new swimmers only) early October. Times will be sent by the head coach after registration.

Practice time offerings may increased or be reduced depending on the number coaches that sign up. Please consider coaching or being a team aide. Certification requirements can be found here.
Swimmers select two practices per week to attend.

Signup times for practices will go live after the parent meeting in October.
VCS STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WAIT AFTER SCHOOL FOR A LATER SESSION THAT DOES NOT START RIGHT AFTER DISMISSAL.
VCS STUDENTS WILL BE WALKED TO THE POOL FROM DISMISSAL TO THE POOL BY COACHES except for Tuesdays.
Early learning students going to the 4:00 Tuesday practice will be walked to the pool by a coach.
VCS STUDENTS NEEDING TO GO TO EARLY LEARNING SCHOOL AFTER SWIMMING WILL BE WALKED OVER BY A COACH OR TEAM-AID.
There will be 4 developmental meets and a championship meet for all swimmers this year.
There is an additional ALL-STAR MEET FOR 4TH -8TH GRADERS WHO ACHIEVE A QUALIFYING TIME AT A DEVELOPMENTAL MEET.
