PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Location of practice: Hazelia Field at Luscher Farm Park
17800 Stafford Rd. Lake Oswego, OR
MANDATORY PARENT MEETING
Will be held at the end of the first practice in late August.

DEVELOPMENT MEET SCHEDULE
The season consists of four Saturday invitational cross country meets: Sept. 14th, Sept. 21st, Sept. 28th, Oct. 5th
*Meets will begin at 9 AM and are anticipated to last no more than 2 hours.

MEET DISTANCES
1500m or 3000m.
There will be four races at each meet: 1500m girls (all grades), 1500m boys (all grades), 3000m girls (all grades), 3000m boys (all grades).
This format will save time, but please know that the kids are competing against their grade level.
CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
October 12 at Camp Howard Coaches: If you are interested in coaching, please contact Sarah Morris, Our Lady of the Lake Athletic Director, as soon as possible.
All coaches must complete CYO Coaching Requirements.
School parents, all time coaching qualifies for Support Hours!
All coaches will need to register for the current sport season, take the NFHS "Concussion in Sports" course. This course is required annually.
All NEW coaches will need to provide their certificate for C.A.S.E. training and complete the ASEP training.
