Uniform Instructions *If you plan to reuse your jersey from last season, please click on the link to ensure your player’s number has been removed from the drop down menu for their grade they will be entering in the fall. If their number is still available, email Traci at tray@barran.com immediately. Gear Up did their best to remove all of the previously purchased numbers, but with sibling sharing, etc., one or two always sneak through so please help us in double checking. 1. Parents and coaches, and anyone ordering from the site - please first create a login for the site (top right corner) and be sure to be logged in first anytime before adding to cart 2. Players should choose their corresponding Team Name for their assigned Player Pack. Numbers are first come first serve (per team), so once a number is chosen, and checked out, on that team - it will disappear for the next athlete. The "Player / Printed Name" box is asking for exact player name to be printed on the back of the jersey/practice shirt/hoodie. Please type LAST NAME in this box. 3. In the check-out process there is an option for Sizing Insurance. Please consider selecting this option as it will allow for a replacement size for anything in the cart that arrives and does not fit. As this is custom gear, there is no traditional "return" so this is a great option to allow for an alternate size without the full cost. Tracking will be sent via email, once it has left our system. If you are outside of that 14-day window and you have not received a shipping notification, please contact Custom Service right away as this is not the norm, and we will want to investigate.
