STEPS TO REGISTER BY MAIL OR FAX:
Mail registration form with $50 non-refundable fee to our Portland office
OR fax the registration form if paying by credit card. (Credit card
charges must be paid in full at time of registration by fax).
Final payment is due 30 days after confirmation of session. Payment in full
is required for registration received after June 14, 2010. Please note that
the full fee must be paid prior to your child's camp attendance.
A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee per child must accompany the registration form and is applied towards the total camp fee. (Camp fee covers food, program supplies, round-trip transportation, staff wages and facility expenses.) Camp Howard reserves the right to cancel any program for
which there is insufficient registrations.
C.I.T. (COUNSELOR IN TRAINING) REGISTRATION
If you want to be a C.I.T. you will need to register like regular campers by following the steps above (either online or by fax or mail). Download
the application, reference form and information letter below. Don't forget to print out the health form as well and make sure you have it completed.

Health Form
The health form must be completed and returned to our Portland office no later than TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your child's camp attendance. You may mail or fax the health form to the Portland office. (FAX # 503-231-9531)
ACA standards require that each camper have a completed health
form before attending camp.

Refund Policy
The $50.00 camp deposit is non-refundable. 100% of the camp fee
(minus the deposit) is refundable if written request is received in the
Portland office at least 2 weeks prior to camp attendance. 50% of
the camp fee (minus the deposit) is refundable if written request
is received in the Portland office 1 week prior to camp attendance.
